- Saturday, March 10 morning - Saturday, March 24 morning - Thursday, April 26 afternoon - Saturday, May 12 morning
- Saturday, October 13th morning - Thursday, November 15 afternoon - Saturday, November 17 morning - Saturday morning, December 1
The themes for the recipes will be provided at a later date: one theme in spring and one theme in autumn
Price: € 50 per person including: the three recipes produced in the demonstration, book of instructions, sampling of the dishes, advice for pairing with wines.
Prior booking necessary. On request for companies and for the customised classes. Minimum number of persons per class 8, maximum 10. These classes take place at the Domaine de Clairefontaine, in kitchens specially designed for teaching and in friendly surroundings. Philippe Girardon is personally responsible for running these cookery classes. |
